This spirit essence flavouring makes a ruby style port flavouring with a velvety texture.
In the style of Ruby Port.
Flavours 2.250 Litres when mixed with your own spirit @ 40%
Shake well before use.
Dissolve a packet of Still Spirits Liqueur Base B in 1 bottle 750 ml of red wine ( Dry Merlot).
Add this essence and 770 miL of your own 40% spirit.
Top up to 2.250 L with water.
Add sugar to taste if a sweeter port is desired.
Makes three 750 miL bottles when mixed using this method.
This product closely replicates the true
commercial equivalent taste profile.
